Dr. Rotigel has practiced in the greater Kalamazoo area since 1994. Her goal is to practice high-quality Veterinary medicine with integrity, honesty, and compassion. And she delivers on that goal, literally: She brings her practice to her clients in a state-of-the-art, custom-made full service LaBoit mobile veterinary clinic.

Dr. Rotigel attended Michigan State University from 1985 to 1994. She obtained a B.S. with teaching certification in Physical Science/Biology in 1989 and a D.V.M. (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) with Honor in 1994. She is a member of the A.V.M.A., the M.V.M.A., the S.W.M.V.M.A. and the L.G.V.M.A.

In addition to her regular clientelle, Dr. Rotigel also assists the local animal rescue groups such as the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue and is now assisting the Kalamazoo County Animal Services with neutering of cats pre-adoption thru the SAVE-A-CAT Program. From May 2002 thru August 2005 Dr. Rotigel assisted the Kalamazoo Humane Society Operation-Fix-It low income program by neutering nearly 4000 cats!

Dr. Rotigel lives with her family and 2 cats (Snicklefritz and Pumpkin), her Standard Poodle (Popcorn), pony (Sliver) and miniature horse (Chip) in Augusta, Michigan.
